Benha University has got the first place between Egyptian universities (52 public and private universities) in Web metrics - Openness Rank, August 2013 as result of supporting provided by Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of the University to the e-portal team under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ghazy M.R. Assassa. The ranking showed that Benha University has got the fourth place at the level of Africa (974 African universities) and the ninth place at the level of Arab universities (830 Arab universities). Benha University has got the 343th place in world ranking at the same indicator - openness rank (12000 educational websites).
